The hospitality of this family cannot leave you indifferent. As soon as you arrive you in the winery Carlin de Paolo  you notice the mixture of traditions, generations and innovations.

Barbera d’Asti DOCG Superiore, Terre Alfieri DOC Nebbiolo, Regina dei Fiori with its astonishing bouquet with Moscato notes will expect you for the wine tasting. The brothers Davide and Giancarlo will accompany you through the whole winemaking process in the winery structure starting with some interesting facts regarding the grape harvesting, showing you the process of wine fermentation in stainless steel vessels and the bringing you to the most precious zone with “barriques” which are the oak barrels for the wine aging process.

Feel free to take a walk through the vineyards of Carling de Paolo, anytime you will find also the bikes at your disposal.

And after having taken the fresh air finally you are hungry and that is where one more delicious peculiarity of Carlin de Paolo is expecting you: “Merenda Sinoira”  - a specific way of Piedmont dining which consists in tasting lots of appetizers, first and second courses and desserts, all of them in a little bit reduced portions. Be sure that all the products that you find in your plate are also the result of the precious work of Carlin de Paolo family who takes care also of their fruit and vegetable garden.

And like the Italians say “per finire in bellezza”,  which means “to finish something in a very beautiful way”, relax with the meditation wine Barolo Chinato accompanied by the genuine Cuban cigar Cohiba o Montecristo and astonishing panoramic views of Carlin de Paolo vineyards.
